Room40 In-store @ Smallfish - Thursday 15th September
We have a cracking In-store show lined up for Thursday evening:
To coincide with the imminent release of his upcoming album on Cronica =
Electronica, Room40 label-boss Lawrence English will be performing live =
at Smallfish from 8.00pm.
Using freeform guitar processing, electronic drones and microtonal =
melodies, he creates a web of beautiful, but still challenging music.
He will be joined by fellow Room40 cohort John Chantler on drums and =
electronics.
Anyone who has heard the Room40 material will know what a delightful =
sound they have achieved in a relatively short space of time, so come on =
down, bring a beer and a friend and, as usual, enjoy the best in =
contemporary electronic music for free right here at Smallfish.
