Your site is hosted on a server rented from our hosting partner, Lumison, sharing the machine with other sites that we host. An annual fee secures a generous amount of disk storage and monthly network bandwidth. Bandwidth and disk storage in excess of these limits is charged at a reasonable monthly rate.

For virtual servers we provide a ticket-based support service.
You may have a single large site, or a number of related sites, and want the performance and expandability associated with a dedicated server. In these circumstances, we recommend you lease a Server with Red Hat Enterprise Linux directly from Lumison, and we will manage software support for you.

For dedicated servers we provide software support for the server itself, installing security patches and kernel upgrades in a timely manner, and providing a ticket-based support service.
As part of this service, we also act as the technical contact for Lumison: this means that Lumison will contact us first if there are any technical issues concerning the server.
